The Challenge

Holiday Inn wanted to attract
 new customers, beyond guests of the hotel, with a
 new restaurant and bar offering centering on customizable burgers, local and craft
beer selections and unique, flavorful menu offerings that appealed to young professionals as well as families.


The Solution

THE WHOLE IS GREATER THAN THE SUM OF ITS PARTS. Create a social, casual eating and drinking experience that is supported and strengthened by the details. Every aspect of the experience, from the modern, rustic design and open, versatile seating to the staff t-shirts and designed tray liners convey a welcoming, guest-centric atmosphere to capture the unique Burger Theory point of ‘brew’’: the belief that customers should get a dining experience that always caters to their cravings and is as fun and energetic as they are.
