Regional furniture outlet FFO Home was struggling to keep up with the competition and stay relevant to consumers both in-store and online and due to rapid growth through acquisition had varying levels of brand awareness in the markets they served. In order to become more relevant to today’s consumers and gain more awareness, they needed to reposition the brand with a clearer promise for the consumer and stronger differentiation from the competition.

The Solution

By repositioning FFO Home we were able to leverage the brand’s strengths – everyday low prices, comfortable and stylish furniture and an easy, low-pressure shopping experience – and connect it to the consumer’s desire to create a comfortable home. We modernized their brand identity to be more relevant to a younger consumer, then rearchitected their website to provide an easy browsing and shopping experience and support a robust content strategy to drive traffic and engagement on the site.
