Andrew Kibble

Founder & Creative Lead

A designer by trade and an entrepreneur at heart, Andrew’s experience has spanned many design disciplines, industries, and international markets, and has driven his vision for building strong brands. In 2008 Andrew founded Stag&Hare, and as our Creative Lead he drives the agency business, inspires our design teams, and delivers effective and compelling solutions for our clients. He fosters a culture of collaboration and support, and ensures that the agency always lives up to its mantra of Smart Strategy & Powerful Design.

Prior to Stag&Hare, Andrew was a founding partner of Anomaly as well as the Creative Director for G2 Worldwide. He has developed successful solutions for many leading global brands, including the Coca-Cola Company, Pernod Ricard, Virgin Group, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Yum! Brands. He has also launched many successful start-up brands, for both himself and his clients.

Chris Young

Partner & Creative Director

With over 20 years of global advertising and design experience, Chris has held senior creative and leadership positions at Anomaly and G2 Worldwide in New York, The Brand Union in London, and TBWA\Chiat\Day and The Jupiter Drawing Room in South Africa. He now leads the Los Angeles office of Stag&Hare.

An award-winning designer, Chris has led teams and collaborated on a broad range of disciplines including brand and corporate identity, packaging, product design, retail environments, print collateral, and digital communications for brands including The New York Times, Samsung, Virgin America, BMW, ABSOLUT Vodka, Williams-Sonoma and InterContinental Hotels Group.

Always on the lookout for emerging cultural trends, Chris can often be found sniffing out single-origin coffee, old-school vinyl and his next favorite LA surf spot.

Dominic Hale

Partner & Creative Director

Having started his career as a product designer, Dominic has transformed a passion for branding into over 20 years of experience expressing brand values through design. Dominic joined the Stag&Hare team as a Partner and Creative Director of our London office, where he is leading the expansion of Stag&Hare’s creative network across Europe.

Prior to joining Stag&Hare, Dominic gained extensive experience leading local and global multi-disciplinary projects in senior creative positions at pi Global, Blue Marlin and FutureBrand. Always working hard to create relevant experiences and lasting positive connections between brands and their audiences, he has had the opportunity to collaborate with clients such as Carlsberg, Mars, Britvic, and Virgin Atlantic, among many others.

In his down time, and when looking for inspiration, Dominic can be found on his motorbike exploring the country lanes near his home, or tinkering with his classic Vespa.
